Day 4... and all's well

So I'm blogging once every 2 days, but who cares right?

Yesterday I did the 2nd day of the C25k program. From experience I know the real discomfort only kicks in Week 4 or so, so I'm going to enjoy this first. Rotated between 5km and 7km for walking and jogging.

For today I did the rowing stuff again. 3k, breaking into 1km and 2km portions. must remember to always check that the setting is at 7. Otherwise I would suffer like when I did the 1 clic portion; someone at placed the setting at 10.....

The start of the journey. First steps.


Started the regime yesterday with the C25K program. Day 1! Felt ok given that it's a very light run.

Did 2x1k on the Concept 2 rowing machine. I like rowing, but felt a little winded after. I guess I need time. Would like to row 10ks consistently!
